Check-in

Your apartment is ready for check-in from 3 pm on the day of arrival. We are in our store Jeltsjes Chokladpraliner during opening hours. If you want to check in after opening hours, it is also possible. In this case we will leave the key for you in a keybox. You will receive a message from us at your email address with further instructions.

Check out

We kindly ask you to leave the appartment before 11:00 AM at the day of departure.

Check-out takes place, unless otherwise agreed, by returning all keys to us. You as a guest are responsible for keeping the room keys in your psession during your stay. If a key is missing at check-out, we will need to charge you the cost of lock replacement.

The booking confirmation makes your booking binding

As a guest with us, you will always receive a written confirmation of your booking via email. Read the confirmation carefully and see that everything (dates, prices, number of guests, etc.) matches how you want it.

Payment

The booking amount will be charged 14 days before the planned arrival date. Debit will be made to the card you have provided in connection with your booking. If card details are missing we will send you an invoice.

All our prices include 12% VAT. Sheets and towels as well as the final cleaning are included.

Cleaning

Final cleaning is included in the rental fee. As a guest, you only need to wash the dishes, dispose of the garbage and take the bedding from the beds.

If you need to rebook or cancel

If you have changed plans and need to cancel your booking, you can do so free of charge up to 14 days before the planned day of arrival, after which the full amount will be charged. Debit will be made to the card you have provided in connection with your booking. If card details are missing, the stay will be invoiced.

Well-being rules

For everyone’s comfort, our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is also prohibited on the glazed terrace. Smoking is allowed on the patios / garden.

Pets are welcome in the apartment. Please report that you are bringing your pet. We charge a fee of SEK 150 for extra cleaning costs. We have a dog bed and food bowl available. On our premises is a dog cage you can use. It is not allowed to leave your pet alone in the apartment.

Be careful about furniture and other details in the room. As a guest, you are fully responsible for any damage that occurs to the accommodation and its equipment during the stay and in case of damage charges will apply.

Parties / gatherings are not allowed. You are also not allowed to accommodate more people in the apartment than those specified in connection with the booking.

If the conditions are not followed

We hope that the lines that follow here will never have to be used. But we still want to make it clear that we as landlords have the right to cancel your booked stay with immediate effect if you as a guest or someone else in your party behaves disruptively, commits damage in the accommodation or in the surrounding area.

If this happens, you and your company must immediately move out without the right to any refund of the rental amount. We reserve the right to lock the room and remove your belongings in the event of immediate termination. The landlord is not responsible for items left behind.

Force majeure

Sometimes things happen that neither we nor you can control. Therefore, we both have the right to cancel the booking if it cannot be provided due to acts of war, natural disasters, labor disputes, prolonged interruptions in the water or energy supply, fire, or other similar major events, which neither party could have foreseen or affected.

Handling of personal data

In order for us to provide you with the best service and fulfill our tasks in accordance with current legislation, we ask you to provide your name, address, telephone number and email address when you book a accommodation with us. We also ask for your card details to guarantee the booking. By completing the booking, you agree that we process the information, which in practice means that it is stored in our booking system. The information is only used to get in touch with you with respect to your booking. They will not be used for marketing purposes without your consent and you can feel confident that we will never sell them on to third parties. Your personal information is yours and integrity is important to us.

If, after your stay, you wish us to remove your personal data from the system, just send us an email and we will delete your data immediately from our system. If not, we will save the information as above for the next time you book.
